Our team started with several brainstorming sessions before we arrived at a good topic. Our parents were invited for a conference. We travelled the place for almost three hours and had an overnight stay to immerse in the community.
Our deep gratitude to the local residents and key informants that we interviewed. Without them we cannot make this blog a very informative one. They shared their experiences, reactions and ideas regarding the small-scale mining operations in their place.
In addition to the interviews, we gathered data from publicly available sources such as internet, books and other materials. Thus, the data presented are drawn from baseline interviews, surveys, and assessments.
For the technical production, available softwares were used for the different designs. Adobe photoshop, proshow, lightroom were also applied.
Our team is proud to present this blog to all viewers to share our experiences in the land called the “Gold Town”
